Each blade is skillfully crafted by layering, welding, and hammering VG10 steel, resulting in a unique Damascus pattern, much like a fingerprint. VG10 Damascus steel is highly regarded for its strength, making it a preferred choice in premium knife-making. The blades undergo a precise heat treatment—oil-quenched at 1200°C+ and rapidly cooled twice—achieving a Rockwell hardness of 60+HRC. This process enhances edge retention, durability, and sharpness, ensuring long-lasting performance.
